After clicking "Click to Pay", you'll be brought to a PayPal login screen. You do not need to log in to PayPal in order to pay. To pay with a credit or debit card, scroll down beneath the PayPal login form and click on "Pay with Debit or Credit card". This brings up a form on which you enter your card info.
